Seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to strategize, lead, and execute sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth and brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA preferred
  • 2+ years experience in sales and marketing, ideally in BFSI or related sectors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach
