Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Promote products/services using persuasive communication techniques.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Handle objections and negotiate to close sales.
  • Record customer information and update databases accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
