Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable MBA Counselor to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing academic and career counseling to prospective MBA students. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students interested in pursuing an MBA, helping them choose the right program based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Assist students in understanding the various MBA specializations, institutions, and entrance exam requirements (CAT, GMAT, etc.).
  • Help students with the MBA application process, including form submissions, document preparations, and entrance exam registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
  • Assist students in preparing for personal interviews and group discussions as part of the MBA admissions process.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in educational counseling, career counseling, or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of MBA programs, entrance exams, and admission procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Ability to understand student aspirations and provide personalized guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
