Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets within a designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories to present products/services.
  • Generate leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for product or service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales, etc.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • Ability to speak Basic English.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary + attractive commission structure.
  • Full allowance.
