Job Description

Responsibilities: • Prospecting and identifying potential retail and distributor customers in assigned territory • Meeting with retailers and distributors to understand their inventory needs and recommend products that meet their needs • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets • Participating in industry events and networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness • Providing feedback to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and product offerings • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Relevant experience in FMCG sales or a related role • Knowledge of FMCG products and the retail industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline • Goal-oriented and results-driven • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
