Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon/ Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:


Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat.


Resolve complaints and provide solutions promptly.


Maintain records of interactions and transactions.


Assist customers with product/service-related issues.


Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.



Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.


Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).


Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
