Job Title: Customer Support Executive Female Only

Location: Janta Colony, Raja Park, Jaipur

Our passion for jewelry making goes hand in hand with our dedication to providing the most personal, efficient, and high-quality service. We are known for our exceptional gemstone bead products, and we are now looking to expand our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and provide updates on order status.
  • Assist clients with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client information and update records in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle client requests in a professional and timely manner.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas.
