POSITION TITLE: Career Counsellor
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment sessions to assist with aviation career development. Motivate and guide aspiring candidates to become a Pilot.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.
Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
Counsellor Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of professional counseling experience, preferably in aviation.
-Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
-Good at scheduling and managing inbound and outbound calls.
-Comfortable at organizing & conducting Zoom Meetings.
-Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 per month + Huge Incentives
