Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business operations in our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS product sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the Kochi region.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for our SaaS products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clarify technical or functional queries from customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and product positioning.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the customer support and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in SaaS product sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer acquisition processes, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
